About This Presentation

Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. For breast cancer survivors, eating a healthy diet may help lower the risk of breast cancer recurrence. Finger Lakes Health’s Christina Ganzon, a registered dietitian, will explain what types of foods and nutrients are best for reducing recurrence and for maintaining a healthy weight after a breast cancer diagnosis. Christina will share her knowledge about making healthy choices by consuming high-quality proteins, carbohydrates, heart-healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and water, while minimizing processed foods, saturated fats, and alcohol. Join us!
