About Gentle Yoga
This 6-week class, led by Yoga instructor Kate Drake (RYT/OTR), is limited to 12 survivors.
Classes are 75 minutes in length and participants get the most benefit when present for the full duration of the class.
Gentle Yoga is designed for breast and gynecological cancer survivors to help create freedom, space, and confidence.
This class will use guided meditation, breath work, gentle movements, therapeutic poses, and music. Focus will be on reducing stress, fatigue, and pain, and finding creativity in movements within a safe environment.
This Gentle Yoga Session* is 6 weeks in duration. No more than one class may be missed. If a participant misses more than one class and wishes to enroll in a future session, they will be wait-listed pending an available spot.
* Make-up classes are not offered and drop-ins are not allowed.
Remember, you must register in advance if you want to attend. We are enrolling participants on a first come, first serve basis!
