About Mindfulness & Meditation

This 4-week class, led by Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Rick Lynch, is limited to 12 survivors.

Classes are 75 minutes in length and participants get the most benefit when present for the full duration of the class.

A free class, Mindfulness & Meditation is an offering through the Breast Cancer Coalition’s Healing Arts Initiative. The goal is to improve a survivor’s ability to relax, concentrate, and be aware of the present moment. Meditation is a practical way to become more in touch with yourself.
