Eat Well, Live Well Challenge (Wegmans Program)

Join us for the Fall 2013 session of the “Eat Well Live Well” challenge coming soon!

Participation in this program requires two simple things:

  • Put good food into your body!Wear a pedometer (available at BCCR, free to survivors, $5 for friends/family) each day to count your steps. Goal is 10,000 steps a day!
  • Keep track of how many cups of fruit and vegetables you eat daily
