About Mindfulness & Meditation

This 6-week class, led by Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Rick Lynch, is limited to 12 survivors.

Classes are 75 minutes in length and participants get the most benefit when present for the full duration of the class.

A goal of Mindfulness & Meditation is to improve a survivor’s ability to relax, concentrate, and be aware of the present moment. Meditation is a practical way to become more in touch with yourself.
