The Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester’s mission is: To cultivate community among those touched by breast or gynecologic cancer; to empower informed decision-making through education, support, and advocacy; and to advance research in our region with the goal of eradicating breast cancer.

We are a small but mighty team of professionals who strive to be creative and collaborative within our walls and our community. We serve breast and gynecologic survivors in Western and Central New York and the Finger Lakes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In a small and evolving organization such as the Coalition, it is important to note that all employees participate in organization-wide responsibilities and tasks. At times, employee responsibilities overlap and require a willingness to assist and support one another. The Coalition asks that employees reflect the organizations’ philosophy and values in the performance of their positions including teamwork, confidentiality, sensitivity, basic knowledge of breast and gynecologic cancer (over time).
