An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until February 8, 2021


Gentle Yoga includes breathing exercises, gentle and restorative yoga postures, and mindfulness exercises.  Yoga activates a relaxation response that can help relieve feelings of anxiety and can help people with cancer reconnect with their body. Registration is required. Instructor: Susan Wood Session dates: January 4 - February 8
