Gentle Yoga includes breathing exercises, gentle and restorative yoga postures, and mindfulness exercises.  Yoga activates a relaxation response that can help relieve feelings of anxiety and can help people with cancer reconnect with their body. Registration is required. Instructor: Susan Wood Session dates: August 30 - October 11 (no class 9/6)
