An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until September 30, 2023
Gentle Yoga includes breathing exercises, gentle and restorative yoga postures, and mindfulness exercises. Yoga activates a relaxation response that can help relieve feelings of anxiety and can help people with cancer reconnect with their body.
Registration is required.
