An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Sunday, repeating until May 3, 2020
Gentle Yoga includes breathing exercises, gentle and restorative yoga postures, and mindfulness exercises. Yoga activates a relaxation response that can help relieve feelings of anxiety and can help people with cancer reconnect with their body.
Registration is required.
