Gentle Yoga includes breathing exercises, gentle and restorative yoga postures, and mindfulness exercises. Yoga activates a relaxation response and can help relieve feelings of anxiety and can help people with cancer reconnect with their body. The goal of the class is to relax, be mindful, and to improve range of motion and flexibility.
Classes are 75 minutes in length and participants benefit the most when they are present for the full duration of the class.
Sessions are 4 to 6 weeks in duration. Class size is limited to 12-14 individuals. Make-up classes are not offered and drop-ins to other sessions are not possible.
Advance registration is required.

Yoga is held throughout the week at various times on:
- Monday mornings
- Monday evenings
- Tuesday mornings
- Tuesday afternoons
- Saturday mornings
- Sunday mornings
