Gentle Yoga includes breathing exercises, gentle and restorative yoga postures, and mindfulness exercises. Yoga activates a relaxation response, can help relieve feelings of anxiety, and can help people with cancer reconnect with their body. The goal of the class is to relax, be mindful, and to improve range of motion and flexibility.
Advance registration is required. For in-person yoga, please bring your own equipment.

Gentle Yoga is offered in 4 to 6 weeks series. Sessions are 75 minutes in duration. Class size is limited. Yoga is held throughout the week at various times on:
- Monday mornings
- Monday evenings
- Tuesday mornings
- Tuesday afternoons
- Saturday mornings
- Sunday mornings
