Women on a Journey Discussion Group is a welcoming space where women from all walks of life can connect, share experiences, and find support through every stage of a breast and/or gynecologic cancer diagnosis, treatment, and beyond.
The Women on a Journey Discussion Group meets on the 3rd Monday of each month from 5:30 – 7:00 PM in-person at New Life Ministries 330 Wellington Ave, Rochester, NY 14619
Led by a facilitators Dr. Gloria Morgan and Flo Alston each session encourages meaningful conversation, shared learning, and mutual support in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. Drawing on a strong foundation in social work and clinical practice, I provide compassionate, person centered support that fosters personal growth, resilience, and lasting change. Throughout my 20 year career in Rochester, I have developed expertise in assisting at risk populations access comprehensive support while addressing barriers to wellness and stability. My work has been grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based approach that recognizes the unique experiences and goals of each individual. Currently, I practice in behavioral health as a licensed psychotherapist, providing compassionate, evidence-based crisis therapy to individuals seeking support for mental health, and emotional well-being.
