Mindfulness & Meditation is a way of connecting with your natural state of mind and breath to bring you a feeling of calmness. The goal is to improve your ability to relax, concentrate, and be aware of the present moment. Meditation is a practical way to get more in touch with yourself.
Series are offered throughout the year in four- or five-week sessions. Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Class size may be limited. Make-up classes are not offered.
Advance registration is required.
The Breast Cancer Coalition offers programs and services at no charge.
Mindfulness and Meditation series are held throughout the year on:
- Wednesday evenings
- Thursday mornings
- Saturday mornings
