Mindfulness & Meditation is a way of connecting with your natural state of mind and breath to bring calmness to the mind. The goal is to improve your ability to relax, concentrate, and be aware of the present moment. Meditation is a practical way to get more in touch with yourself.
Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Class size is limited to 12-14 individuals. Participants must commit to all sessions in the series. Make-up classes are not offered.
