Mindfulness & Meditation is a way of connecting with your natural state of mind and breath to bring calmness to the mind. The goal is to improve your ability to relax, concentrate, and be aware of the present moment. Meditation is a practical way to get more in touch with yourself.
Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Class size is limited to 12-14 individuals. Make-up classes are not offered.
The Breast Cancer Coalition offers programs and services at no charge.
Mindfulness and Meditation is held throughout the year on:
- Wednesday evenings
- Saturday mornings
