Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese energy medicine that combines breathing, movement, and meditation. It is a practice combining meditation, controlled breathing, and movement to balance the flow of energy (qi) within the body. The goal is to improve overall health, combat stress, and promote healing.
Qi Gong is offered in 6-week sessions and held on Wednesdays. Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length. Class size is limited to 12-14 individuals. Participants must commit to all sessions in the series. Make-up classes are not offered.
